young womens group

A group of young women aged 14 to 17 meet every wednesday night from 7.30 until 9.00 pm at the Haven centre. We do a variety of things from art, clothes design to performing arts!!!

The young women also help in the running of other projects at the haven centre, such as open access and the younger girls group. This helps the girls to develop skills such as communication, time menagement and finance etc. It also is great for the younger young people to have role models to look up to!
